작은 유혹 (Small Temptation)
작은 유혹은 우리를 반성하게 하고, 우리가 불쌍한 존재임을 상기시키며, 하느님께 깊은 신뢰를 드리게 되므로 크게 도움이 됩니다. 유혹을 받을 때는 '예수, 그리스도님 찬미받으소서.' 라고 하며 마음을 차분히 가라앉히고 진정시키십시오.
육을 따르는 자들은 육에 속한 것을 생각하고, 성령을 따르는 이들은 성령에 속한 것을 생각합니다. - 로마 8,5
